The Run The Woodlands 5K Series - Organized by Luke's Locker

The RTW 5K Series is run on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month.

Starting Time: 8:00AM - Barbara Bush Elementary School, 7420 Crownridge Drive, The Woodlands, TX

Directions: From I-45, take Exit 77 (Research Forest Drive). Continue on Research Forest for 5 miles to E. Alden Bridge Drive (one block past the water tower). Turn right. Take second left onto Crownridge Drive.Run The Woodlands 5K course map

Registration: Post-entry only beginning at 7:15AM in the parking lot of the Barbara Bush Elementary School. Note: The school itself will not be used for the races; nearest "facilities" are a two-minute walk away at the Alden Bridge Park

The Course: The course begins with two loops around the school parking lot and finishes with a partial loop of the parking lot. The "in between" is a counter-clockwise loop run entirely on the paved pathways interior to Crownridge Drive and Alden Bridge Drive.

Entry Fee: $1.00 - just enough to cover race expenses: insurance; timing & scoring equipment; flyers; water and Powerade.

What Not To Expect: T-shirts; prizes; five-course meals; 2:08 marathoners.

Results:Results will be posted within ten minutes after the last runner has finished. Online results and links to photos will be available on the Running in the USA - Texas Results page - usually the following Monday by noon.

Restrictions: Runners only. No baby-joggers, skates, or bicycles.
