Did you get an email with the subject line above? These are going out to most club members automatically (you may get a second notice around the 12th of June). The emails are a reminder that your club membership “role” is expiring July 1st 2012. The email states you need to renew the role but in fact once you renew, you will be granted a new role for 2012-2013. This means you will be a member of the club and have rights to access the members only part of the website.

To renew your membership online you will need your username and password.

Your USERNAME is your first and last name, for example “John Smith”. The username is not case sensitive. You can also use your full email address as your username as well.

Your PASSWORD was either randomly assigned to you or you set it when you signed up online a year ago. If you cannot remember your password, it can be reset.

To RESET YOUR PASSWORD, from the login screen pick “Request new password”. Fill in your email address that the club has for you and the site will send you an email with a one-time link that expires in 24 hours. Click on the link to log into the site. Scroll down, on the right-hand side; you should see the Nav menu. Click “My Account”, then click the “Edit” tab. Type in your “new” password twice. Once you type in your new password, the website will ensure they match and give you feedback on the strength of the password. Again, at this time, as long as they match, the password is good. The LAST step is to click SAVE at the end of this webpage. After you click “Save”, you should get a message that says, “The changes have been saved.” You are done; your TWRC password has been changed.
