Two step process, first you register and then you are redirected to PayPal to pay.
You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay but you do need a credit card.
NOTE – IF you do have a PayPal account but do not want to use it or login, PayPal may force you if PayPal recognizes your email address or phone number.
